After loosing my Special Lady Friend to cancer, these little list of ten rights really kind of made sense to me, dudes. It also helped explain some of the craziness that I have been going through. EP. 020 - ”Letters to the Dead”

Despite the title, I am not talking about a new metal band or horror movie. Today I talk about dealing with my grief since my special lady friend passed away last year and one of those methods for dealing with grief is to write a letter to the person you lost. I started writing letters to my late wife to help cope with her loss and I share some of my findings on the practice as well as share my own letter.

I gotta do some Google:Translate on that next time around. The crazy part is that I wrote this little sermon over a year ago and since my lady friend passed away, it resonates now more than ever.

EP-011 - Cancer killed My Special Lady Friend - The Dudeist Journey w/ Rev. Phillip K.

Hey all, today I talk about the death of my wife or special lady friend, as some say. She was the sun in my sky, the love of my life, 25 years together, 22 married, we got together when we were 16 and been together ever since. Then cancer came along. At first, she had about 6 months to 1 year, but she barely made 9 weeks due to the cancer spreading so fast. She died in my arms and now my whole world is upside down.
